Mobile Banking

Access your accounts from just about anywhere!

First State Bank's Mobile Banking service gives you full control of your accounts while on the go. Now you can check your balances, pay your bills, view your transaction history, or find the closest branch or free ATM - all from the convenience of your mobile phone.

How to get signed up for Mobile Banking

 

To get enrolled in Mobile Banking, you will need: 

  1. A Personal Online Banking account with First State Bank. If you don’t have one, enroll today! It’s free and only takes a few minutes to get setup.
  2. A mobile phone that can connect to the Internet. If your phone will only accept text messages you can still take advantage of our Text Banking service, but for the full featured experience your phone will need Internet access.
  3. The ability to receive short code text messages. Some mobile phone plans have short code text messages turned off. Normally a quick phone call to your mobile phone carrier can get this service turned on. Just tell them that you need to be able to receive text messages from your bank.

 

Once you have these three things, all you need to do is log into your Personal Online Banking account. If you are not immediately prompted to enroll in Mobile Banking, you can go to Options, and then scroll down to the Mobile Banking Profile section. Click on the button that says “Enroll Now” and the enrollment process will begin.

The enrollment process is fairly simple, allowing you to choose which services you want to utilize from your phone, which accounts you want access to in mobile banking, and making sure that the system can communicate with your mobile phone.
