Accessing Your New Online Banking

Helping you with this transition

As a financial services provider, First State Bank strives to maintain exceptional customer support and up-to-date technological solutions to back the ever-changing needs of our customers.  On September 26, 2011, First State Bank rolled out new products, services and computer upgrades to enhance the level of support we currently offer. These upgrades are fairly extensive, and you may noticed a difference in appearance or function of the software depending on the services you utilize.

The guidance below explains:

  • how to activate your access to the new online banking service
  • the security measures in place for repeat access
  • how to reset your password if you have forgotten it
  • how to enroll as a completely new online banking customer

Helping you with this transition

Our goal in implementing these enhancements is to make available the most current electronic banking services while still maintaining our high level of personal customer service.  If you have questions, issues, or need any further information please contact our Customer Service Department at (903) 676-1900.  Thank you for banking with First State Bank.
